RackSolutions: American Made
RackSolutions was founded in Greenville, Texas in 1999 as a subsidiary of Innovation First International. Since then, RackSolutions has grown in size, product line and personnel. Our innovative products reach people around the world as we are an international leader in industry problem-solving and a respected authority in high quality server racks and accessories. One of our competitive advantages are that we have kept all of our design and manufacturing based out of the United States, accomplishing our goals remaining on the forefront of technology without offshoring or outsourcing our production.
Despite having warehouses in Canada, the United Kingdom, and Luxembourg, almost everything is shipped from our Texas headquarters. With the exception of a few accessories, all of RackSolutions product lines are designed, built, and shipped at our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, just northeast of Dallas. We take pride in providing and sustaining local jobs all the while supporting our Texan roots. Additionally, there are a variety of benefits to having your entire team in a unified locale.
Operating a U.S. based facility with our sales, marketing and manufacturing all on the same campus has allowed us to be incredibly responsive to our customers. Our sales team has direct interaction with our engineers, allowing prototypes for customized products to be designed in as quickly as a day. In comparison, many offshore facilities can take up to 12 weeks or more for the customer to receive their product. RackSolutions finds satisfaction in providing organization and dependability to a myriad of work environments at an efficient and timely rate.
RackSolutions’ outreach extends far beyond the corporate world. Having twenty plus years of experience in being involved in the defense industry; RackSolutions also supplies the United States Navy with their custom rack needs. Our engineers transform ordinary equipment into steadfast assets that are capable of withstanding even the harshest grade of military testing.
