In 1999, RackSolutions started off with a single office in Greenville, Texas, producing custom racks, cabinets, server rails, shelves and mounting products. Since then, we have expanded globally, with offices in Canada, the United Kingdom, and Luxembourg. Despite this expansion, our goals and core values have remained the same. We pride ourselves on being a U.S. based company and in 2005, we opened our metal fabrication plant next door to our Greenville, Texas headquarters. From design to manufacturing to distribution, everything is handled in-house which reduces both turnaround time and overhead costs. Because of this, we can offer custom fabrication at “off the shelf” pricing.

Our company has provided customized products for clients such as Dell, HP, IBM, Google, Yahoo, and the United States Navy. We have built racking products for startups and small-to-medium sized businesses and offices. RackSolutions manufactures racks for some of the world’s largest data center hosting companies such as Rackspace and SoftLayer.

When you place an order, you can expect to receive prototypes within a few days and completed orders within weeks. Because we believe that customers should only purchase the product they need, we offer free prototypes for your design, and keep you updated throughout the manufacturing process. Once the order is complete and you have your new product, we offer online chat and field support to ensure your questions are answered as soon as possible.
